Isabelle supports female leaders to stress less, live more and lead well; and organisations to embed emotional resilience at personal, team and cultural level, in order to drive resilient results.
Prior to setting up her coaching and training practice, Isabelle spent 20 years in the corporate world in a variety of sectors including audit, telecoms, tech, and non-profit, at times leading geographically spread teams (long before zoom calls were in fashion).
Isabelle is passionate about addressing the stress and burnout epidemic our society is suffering from.
She believes that emotional resilience is an enabler for individuals and organisations alike to make a greater impact.
