Isabelle is an Emotional Resilience Coach, Trainer and Speaker, passionate about addressing the stress and burnout epidemic our society is suffering from.
She helps female leaders to develop the emotional resilience they need to have the impact they desire without sacrificing their wellbeing.
She helps organisations to develop resilient culture, performance and diversity by addressing these fundamental areas at their core: creating psychological safety, and developing emotional resilience within their teams and leaders. Because raising resilience means raising results.
Isabelle founded her coaching practice in 2017, after spending over 20 years in the corporate world, where she held a variety of roles at AT&T, PwC, United Technologies Corporation, Amazon, Yahoo!, and JustGiving. She led geographically spread teams long before zoom was in fashion, consistently exceeding the organisation’s employee satisfaction index within her own team.

Embodied
It draws heavily on neuroscience, and uniquely brings together a range of modalities including Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Embodiment, NLP and Transactional Analysis.
It is not confined to working with the mind alone - embodiment is woven throughout for longer lasting change. Stress is a physiological reaction: it happens within the body. Therefore, processing stress requires working with and through the body.
Trauma-informed
It is attentive to her client’s personal history, which means that it offers a safe space to express and explore emotional and mental challenges that they are often unable to share in any other context.

Why Emotional Resilience matters
In a world where chronic stress has reached unprecedented levels, emotional resilience is critical. Without a resilient ‘core’, we expose ourselves to the risk burnout and stress-related illnesses.
While resilience is often described as the ability to ‘bounce back’ when we experience challenges, it is an even greater enabler to lean forward.
Being emotionally and mentally resilient enables us to take greater risks, to make bolder life choices, to stand up for what matters and to step up in our life and career with courage - because we trust that we have the capacity to cope with any outcome.
